Наведене нижче виправлення очищує старий профіль і правильно відновлює бездротове з’єднання.
Перед скиданням: “Reset Network Settings” видалить збережені мережі Wi‑Fi та паролі. Спочатку зробіть резервну копію паролів Wi‑Fi.
Виправлення (скидання мережі MMI + iPhone)
- Налаштування MMI → Підключені пристрої
- Tap Інтерфейс смартфона
- Натисніть і утримуйте на екрані (або на записі пристрою) → Delete/Remove the existing phone connection option(s)
- On iPhone: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings
- After the reset, pair again and set up wireless CarPlay from scratch
Tip: If you see multiple old entries, delete them all first. Then reconnect with only one iPhone nearby to reduce pairing conflicts.
If it still doesn’t work
- Power-cycle the car system (turn off ignition, open/close door, wait ~30 seconds, restart).
- On iPhone: Settings → General → CarPlay → select your Audi → Forget This Car, then re-pair.
- Update iOS to the latest stable version for your iPhone model.
If none of the above works, it may be an MMI firmware/module issue. At that point, you’ll get faster results with targeted diagnosis.

Will “Reset Network Settings” delete my photos or apps?
No. It clears Wi-Fi networks/passwords, Bluetooth pairings, and some network-related settings.
Why does wired CarPlay work but wireless fails?
Wired uses USB data. Wireless relies on Bluetooth + Wi-Fi handshake. A stuck pairing profile can block wireless only.
Manual connect does nothing—what does that mean?
Usually the MMI is trying to connect using an old profile. Deleting the old entry forces a fresh handshake.
Should I delete the car in iPhone CarPlay settings too?
If the main fix doesn’t work, yes: Settings → General → CarPlay → your Audi → Forget This Car.
